I am an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of South Alabama. I have worked in various community agency settings that have provided me with specific knowledge around grief and loss, bereavement, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention. I work with adolescents/teenagers, adults, and couples. I additionally have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ population.

My goal is to facilitate meaningful and transformative experiences for the clients I serve, facilitating positive change and growth. Flexibility is paramount; I adapt theories to meet clients where they are, ensuring a tailored and personalized therapeutic approach. I utilize Lifespan Integration (LI), which is a somatic approach that guides clients through a visual timeline of their distressing memories and find healing in the body. 

I currently accept Cigna/Evernorth, Optum, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, and Aetna insurance. For out of network, I can provide a superbill in order for you to make a claim with your insurance provider. I am under the direct supervision of Pamela Quekemeyer, Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor in the state of Alabama #SC3180.

$120/53-60 minute individual session

$150/53-60 minute premarital/marital/relationship session

$150+/53-60 minute family services of two or more individuals
