Fees
Individuals session fees vary per clinician. Please see clinician profile to reference fee scale.
There will be a $5 administrative fee charge per credit card transaction. All relationship therapy services are self-pay only.
Substance abuse/mental health assessments, trauma informed intensives, family interventions, and consultation/shine sessions are not covered by insurance and are considered a self-pay only service. There will be a 4% administrative fee charge per credit card transaction.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and there are times when you simply cannot make an appointment. However, a cancelled appointment hurts three people: yourself, your therapist, and another client who could have potentially used your time slot. When a session is cancelled without much notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another client. If you can not make it to your appointment, please cancel with at least 48 hours notice or you will be charged for a no show, or late cancellation. A session is considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late. After three missed appointments, we reserve the right to terminate services.

A new consumer protection law called "The No Surprises Act" went into effect on January 1, 2022. Here's the notice our practice has to provide you with concerning the law:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
