Trauma Focused Intensives

We offer Trauma Informed Intensives, which are an alternative to weekly therapy based specifically on your needs. Intensives are held primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We provide a unique combination of trauma informed therapies, with effective skills development in order to assist you to reconnect with your inner strengths and regain control as you transition back into daily life (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, somatic practice, parts work, and experiential activities). Please reach out for additional questions and to see if this type of program might be for you. Intensives are not covered by insurance and are considered a self-pay only service.
