Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Full-Time

Birmingham Therapy Services, LLC is seeking a fully licensed clinician to provide individual and group counseling services. Qualified applicants must hold an active license in the state of Alabama as an LPC, LMFT, or LICSW. This is a full-time W-2 position serving 25+ clients per week. The employer provides support for insurance panel credentialing, internal referral process, as well as administrative and billing services. Clinicians enjoy autonomy in managing their schedules and flexible working hours. We are particularly interested in therapists who:

  • Are knowledgeable in nervous system dynamics
  • Are passionate about somatic and body-based approaches
  • Integrate evidence-based practices with innovative, research-informed methodologies
  • Are trained in, or open to training in, body/brain-based therapies such as Brainspotting, EMDR, IFS, and somatic modalities

This role is ideal for clinicians who want to practice trauma-informed, neurobiologically informed therapy in a supportive, flexible environment.
